Job summary

Planet Fitness franchise partner National Fitness Partners is hiring a Full-time Customer Service Representative in Hyde Park, PA. The role involves welcoming members, handling sign-ups, answering questions, and processing transactions with a friendly, judgment-free approach.

Pay starts at $12 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year. Benefits include 401K, health options, PTO, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote Planet Fitness classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
