Job summary

Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of member service and assist with sign-ups and tours. The role includes answering calls, processing purchases, and promoting fitness classes, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
