Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our club. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, log amenities, and promote fitness classes.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner, greet members, sign up and tour new members.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS; promote fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
