Job summary

Planet Fitness Milford (National Fitness Partners) is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative. The role offers starting pay at $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter on the anniversary date.

Hours are Monday-Thursday, 10:00pm-4:00am, with benefits like PTO, an EAP, and free Black Card Membership. You will deliver a high level of customer service, greet members, sign up new members, answer inquiries, process purchases, and promote

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist guests.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
