Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Strongsville, OH. You will handle phone inquiries, greet and sign up members, process purchases, and promote Planet Fitness classes while maintaining a clean club environment.

Expect a starting wage of about $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Fri–Sun shifts from 9am-5pm; benefits include PTO and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle member questions and concerns professionally.
• Comfort with point-of-sale transactions and basic product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and follow script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
