Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lansdale to support Planet Fitness members and guests with a high level of service. The role starts at $13 per hour with a night schedule (Monday through Thursday, 10pm-6am) and includes hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle phone inquiries and assist members tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a friendly, script-based approach.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and guide tours.
• Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
