Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Trevose, PA. The role starts at $13 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every six months based on anniversary dates.

Key duties include greeting members, handling inquiries, processing purchases, promoting fitness classes, and keeping the club clean and welcoming. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
