Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lansdale. Starting wage is $12 per hour with multiple shifts available and review-based raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

You will greet members, answer questions, process purchases at the POS, promote fitness programs, and ensure a clean, welcoming club environment in a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
