National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience at Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, answer questions, process sign-ups, and help with class promotions while maintaining a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly, script-guided manner.
• Greet members, assist sign-ups and tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process purchases at the point of sale and promote fitness programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
