Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Exton, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, tour facilities, and log amenities.

Starting pay is $13 per hour with weekend openings 7am-2pm and mid-day shifts 11am-7pm. Increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on the anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
