Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Noblesville, IN. You will help members, sign up new members, and keep the club welcoming and tidy.

The role offers weekend and evening shifts, a starting pay of $12/hour, and opportunities for growth, PTO, and employee benefits within a Judgement Free environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with weekend and weekday shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sign up and tour new members.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A: Every Saturday & Sunday 6:45 AM - 1 PM

Schedule B: Every Saturday & Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM

Schedule C: Every Monday - Wednesday 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Schedule D: Every Monday - Thursday 6 PM - 11:15 PM, Friday 6 PM - 9:15 PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
