Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Pennsylvania. You will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, greet and sign up new members, answer phones, process sales, and promote fitness classes.

The role requires basic computer skills and a high school diploma or GED. Pay starts at $11 per hour with automatic increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
