Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Monroe, NC club. You will greet members, answer phones, process POS transactions, and promote fitness classes while ensuring a friendly, Judgement Free experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script and maintain professionalism.
• Assist with sign-ups, tours, and logging amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Overview

Part-Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Availability: Monday - Thursday 10:00pm - 2:00am. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.
