Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time position at our Planet Fitness clubs. Starting pay is $12 per hour with several schedule options including weekdays and weekends.

Hourly increases occur after 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter. You will greet members, handle calls, sign up new members, log amenities, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule Option 1: Every Monday - Friday 4:45 AM - 9 AM

Schedule Option 2: Every Saturday & Sunday 6:45 AM - 1 PM

Schedule Option 3: Every Saturday & Sunday 1 PM - 7:15 PM

Schedule Option 4: Every Tuesday - Thursday 4 PM - 11:15 PM
