National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests in a fast-paced club environment.

Starting wage is $12 per hour with shift-differential pay on select overnight shifts ($1). Schedule A runs Monday through Friday from 10pm to 6am (4 days). The role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a 401K with employer matching. Join us to transform lives through affordable fitness.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Shift-differential pay for select shifts (overnights, $1.)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
