Job summary

National Fitness Partners in North Carolina is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative starting at $11 per hour, with weekend and weeknight availability. Hourly increases occur at milestones after the first year.

As the largest Planet Fitness franchise, we serve over a million members across 200+ clubs nationwide, delivering a Judgement Free experience. You will answer phones, greet members, log amenities, and promote our fitness classes.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

OPEN AVAILABILITY: Mostly weekends and weeknights.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
