Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Rock Hill, SC. The role offers flexible weekly scheduling, with shifts starting as early as 4:45am and extending to evenings up to 10pm, Monday through Friday, plus weekend options.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversaries. Benefits include PTO, shift-differential pay on select shifts, and access to the employee Black Card membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones using information script and greet members.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
