Job summary

Planet Fitness in Maplewood, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer questions, and help maintain a clean and safe club.

The role includes processing POS transactions, promoting fitness classes, and providing friendly support to members and guests. Training and schedule growth opportunities are available, with wage progression and benefits described.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospects and guests.
• Answer phones using a friendly script and greet members for sign-ups and tours.
• Log amenities, process POS transactions and assist with purchases.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
