National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members in Eden, NC. The role is part-time with a starting wage of $11 per hour and weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:45am–1:00pm), with staged hourly increases after milestones.

The position offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, and additional benefits. You will help deliver a Judgement Free fitness experience across a large member base.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
