Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests. The role offers part-time hours with potential for full-time progression, and a schedule with weekend and weekday shifts.

Hourly increases are based on anniversaries after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Responsibilities include phone support, member sign-ups, tours for new members, and maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour. 20-28 hours per week. Full time potential.

Schedule A: Sun 1pm-7pm, Mon/Tues/Fri 6am-12pm

Schedule B: Sun 1-7pm, Thurs 2-10pm, Fri 2-9pm
