We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help transform lives through affordable fitness.

Starting at $12 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, this role offers growth opportunities and a chance to be part of a values-driven team focused

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Multiple positions!

Schedule A: Saturday 1pm-7:15pm, Tuesday thru Thursday 6pm-11pm, Friday 5pm-9pm

Schedule B: Sunday 1pm-7:15pm, Saturday, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 5pm-9pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
