Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Carmel, Indiana. You’ll handle member questions, signups, and inquiries during scheduled shifts.

The role offers starting pay at $12 per hour with scheduled increases and a benefits package that includes PTO, Employee Assistance Program, and a free employee Black Card membership. Multiple schedule options are available to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule Option C : Monday, Tuesday, Friday (4:45 am - 8 am)

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
