Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Mooresville, NC. You will greet members, sign up newcomers, log amenities, and assist guests while maintaining a Judgement Free atmosphere.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with PTO, and a Free Black Card Membership for employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a friendly tone per script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote Planet Fitness classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Hours: Must be able to work nights 2pm-10pm during the week and weekends 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
