Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as an ambassador of the brand on the shop floor
• Mentor and support the sales team and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and Dolce & Gabbana brand heritage
• Use CRM and clientele tools to source new clients and maintain qualitative customer records
• Consistently achieve monthly individual and store sales targets and enhance business development
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
