Role

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

Mission – Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed their expectations while supporting the team by providing mentoring and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the Dolce & Gabbana history and heritage and serve as a role model by prioritizing the client’s interest and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use clientele tools and make the most of their time to ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM) to build and retain relationships with our current customers and identify potential clients.
• Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Sourcing new clients using the CRM tools.
• Maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.
• Oversee the organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 and is eligible for variable commission. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more.
