Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and help through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations, and related queries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and gate-checked items are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas and adhere to safety procedures.
