Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and inquiries.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems; manage boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine; resolve related issues.
