Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking friendly, empathetic customer service agents to assist airline passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding and baggage questions. No experience is required; paid training is provided. Join our growing team and access flight benefits after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints and problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards.
