Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchairs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, and reservations, and resolve related issues and complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are prepared for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs through the airport for passenger comfort and safety.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies and report incidents or hazards as required.
• Perform related duties safely and within policy, following Unifi standards.
