• Assist with arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for special needs.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems including boarding and reservations.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs and gate-checked items.
• Push wheelchairs and guide passengers through the airport.
