Job summary

Unifi is seeking individuals to join our airport services team in Illinois. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

The role centers on delivering passenger support across arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding, with opportunities to gain flight privileges after 30 days and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Responsibilities include guiding passengers through the journey, operating a ticketing system, assisting with special needs and ensuring safety and security

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services and reservations.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Perform related duties as assigned and work safely.
