Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to assist passengers with check-in, seating, and baggage services at the airport. No experience is required, and paid training is provided to help you start quickly in a fast-paced environment.

You will work rotating shifts, support passengers through security and boarding, and help ensure safety and courtesy throughout the travel experience. We offer weekly pay, full-time opportunities, paid time off, benefits, and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• No experience is required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state or customs requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage for loading and unloading.
• Push wheelchairs through the airport to assist passengers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the required skill and capabilities.
• Report safety and security incidents promptly as per policy.
