Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of its psychiatry portfolio across a Springfield, MA territory. You will execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance, building relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

The role requires 2+ years pharma sales, BA/BS, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 40% nationwide. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401k match, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.
