Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio and drive sales within the Springfield, MA region. You will execute strategies with clinical knowledge to improve sales performance and patient access.

You will build relationships, analyze market dynamics, and stay compliant with pharmaceutical regulations while traveling up to 30-40% domestically to meet customers and attend conferences across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams including annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages and uncover customer needs to drive calls to action.
• Develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships to support account plans.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize accounts.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and Lundbeck resources to address payer access issues.
