Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Springfield, MA area. You will lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, execute sales and marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships to drive performance.

Requirements include a BA/BS, 2+ years of healthcare sales, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 40% domestically, with a company car and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical sales or related health care sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales/marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships to meet account goals.
• Use data-driven insights to create opportunities, develop strategy, and allocate resources.
• Gather market and therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
