The role demands strong communication, a BS/BA with GPA >3.0, and 3+ years in pharma sales; associate level considered for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with GPA >3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Associate role considered for candidates not meeting experience.
• Orphan drug or antipsychotic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy directions.
• Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance for product use in territory.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, and market reimbursement.
• Determine and monitor resource allocation within territory.
• Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to audiences.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
• Manage travel and promotional budget.
• Complete reporting requirements, expenses, and call reporting using systems.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
