Luye Pharma USA Ltd. is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to build and sustain relationships with key healthcare professionals across Des Moines and surrounding areas.

You will lead engagement with community mental health clinics, hospitals and IDNs to support our psychiatric portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic account management, clinical presentations, and cross-functional teamwork to drive formulary approvals and market access initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience and knowledge of schizophrenia preferred.
• CMHC or Hospital/Institutional account experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval processes preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of success in high science competitive selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Build cross-functional collaboration with Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Plan territory coverage and execute pull-through strategies.
• Manage territory budget and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
