Job summary

Luye Pharma is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to lead relationships with key psychiatrists, CMHCs, hospitals and IDNs across Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, and Lincoln. You will develop targeted accounts, craft pull-through strategies, and deliver clinical brand presentations to health care professionals.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage territory plans and budgets, stay compliant with policies, and drive formulary approvals where applicable while

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals required.
• Psychiatric experience is required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC account management or hospital/institutional experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Develop a strong partnership with field-based colleagues to support customers.
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations within top targets.
• Use data and insights to shape strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
