Luye Pharma seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clinicians and decision makers across Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, and Lincoln, NE, and surrounding areas.

You will navigate a matrixed environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver clinical brand presentations to healthcare professionals while managing a defined geography and territory budget.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience is required. A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the accounts.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Develop a strong, collaborative partnership with field-based colleagues to ensure cross-functional support for customers within the geography.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and build relationships in institutions aligned with customer segmentation.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies.
