Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for a remote-capable role serving the greater Milwaukee area. You’ll source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and conduct targeted searches to fill requisitions across health system roles.

Working with HR Partners and Compensation, you’ll determine salary guidelines and extend offers. This role supports local events and on-site meetings as needed while offering a flexible remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source candidates across healthcare or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and compensation teams.
• Ability to conduct local and nationwide candidate searches.

Responsibilities

• Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology-based search techniques and establish external relationships.
• Consult with hiring managers to clarify job objectives, requirements and preferences.
• Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates.
• Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.
