Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
• Strong relationship management with clinicians and staff to drive operational change.
• Knowledge of EHRs, medical billing, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own & Manage Provider Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for provider partners and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
• Support Provider Recruitment Activities as Product SME: Partner with GTM team to onboard providers and train in-office workflows.
• Optimize Provider Success & Retention: Implement engagement plans to maximize platform use and value-based care outcomes.
• Lead Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze provider performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Influence and drive adoption of best practices: Implement CA best practices across PCP practices.
• Cross-Functional Player: Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings based on feedback.
