Job summary

Counterpart Health is hiring a Provider Success Manager in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on establishing relationships with primary care providers and driving adoption and value realization of Counterpart Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive provider engagement experience, knowledge of EHRs and Medicare, and strong skills in data-driven decision making. Travel to practices is required up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in provider engagement or healthcare account management.
• Proven ability to drive provider adoption and retention.
• Deep understanding of primary/ambulatory care workflows.
• Knowledge of Medicare, risk-based payments, and reimbursement models.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage provider relationships as primary contact for partners.
• Develop onboarding and training plans with clinics to drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
• Implement engagement plan to maximize platform use and value-based care outcomes.
• Analyze provider performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings.
• Travel to practices and support relationships up to 75% of the time.
