Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Provider Success Manager to establish relationships with primary care providers and drive adoption and expansion of Counterpart Assistant. This results-driven, external product SME will manage a portfolio of provider partnerships, ensuring practices implement and maximize use of the platform.

Candidates must reside in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, and be willing to travel up to five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in provider engagement or healthcare account management.
• Strong relationships with clinicians and staff to drive adoption.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and risk-based payment models.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage provider relationships to drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
• Support provider recruitment and onboarding with CA SME practices.
• Monitor and improve provider success and retention.
• Lead data-driven decision-making and review trends with partner practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings.
