Zusammenfassung

Nourish is expanding its Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales) team in Stanford, CA. You will build and manage a provider referral territory, working closely with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive referrals and insurance-covered nutrition care.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field, meeting healthcare professionals, achieving monthly referral targets, and tracking progress in Salesforce. A fast-growing, high-autonomy environment awaits high-performance candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 4-8 years of experience in territory or outside sales.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding quota and building relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Healthcare sales experience is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management, consistent follow-up, and strategic territory planning.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings, improve processes, and help scale the organization.
