Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in the East Bay, CA area. You’ll spend most days in the field meeting with physicians, clinicians, and office staff to drive referrals to Nourish and improve patient access to nutrition care.

You’ll report to the Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing team transforming healthcare through better nutrition access. This is a full-time, field-based role in California.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales role in healthcare with in-person territory growth.
• Engage with providers to grow referral volume and education.
• Proven ability to meet goals in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and follow-up.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
