• Oversee and track onboarding processes for all providers (physicians, APPs, locums).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistics, and next steps.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare itineraries, materials, and onboarding packets.
• Coordinate candidate travel and logistics including flights, lodging, transportation, and meals.
• Support locum tenens coordination including scheduling and onboarding.
• Assist recruiters in maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment activity.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and track metrics.
