All Ways Caring HomeCare in Sun City, AZ, is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

You will build relationships, manage postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and partner with regional HR teams, while using iCIMS and Microsoft Office to keep records up to date and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Representing the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; building partnerships in the community.
• Adhering to company policies and complying with state and federal laws for HR compliance.
• Enhancing candidate experience and meeting SLAs throughout the process.
• Diversifying outreach on social media and job platforms to attract candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds partnerships within the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with policies and laws; maintains up-to-date employment records.
• Improves candidate experience and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Expands outreach on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.) and coordinates with regional HR teams.
