Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing, privileging, and onboarding timelines with Medical Staff Services.
• Oversee onboarding processes for physicians, APPs, and locums to ensure timely start readiness.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistics, and next steps.
• Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, on-site) and prepare itineraries and onboarding packets.
• Arrange candidate travel including flights, lodging, transportation, and meals.
• Support locum tenens scheduling and onboarding in coordination with recruiters.
• Assist recruiters in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment activity tracking.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and support reporting efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and recruitment team; coordinate onboarding resources.
