Assisted seeks a highly organized Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support our healthcare team in Santa Barbara. You will recruit, onboard, and credential staff, while fostering positive candidate experiences and maintaining compliance across divisions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and confidential data handling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and follow up with prospective candidates to fill open positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various recruiting sources and outreach.
• Meet recruitment and hiring goals established by branch leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for all business units and welcome new hires.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials; monitor renewals to stay compliant.
• Maintain personnel files and employment records; track evaluations and support performance reviews.
• Support volunteer recruitment for hospice services.
