Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator to manage physician and APP openings across multiple channels and build robust talent pipelines. You will track recruitment performance, coordinate engagement events, and collaborate with leadership to improve provider satisfaction.

The role requires project management skills, experience with ATS, and strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage all physician and APP openings across job boards, recruitment platforms, professional associations, and advertising vendors.
• Research and identify effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Source passive candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics including monthly dashboards and reports.
• Assist with analyzing sourcing trends and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor vendor performance and advertising ROI.
• Coordinate provider engagement events and resident outreach activities.
• Conduct provider retention touchpoints and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction and retention.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
